Our Team
With 30+ years of experience in construction, design and consulting, Mario brings a unique blend of construction understanding and design innovation. The ability to innovate comes from the ability to understand all the variables and then produce a unique solution which is cost effective and easy to build. Mario’s experience is not just limited to residential industries, but his expertise extends into the pool and liquid retaining structures through to major infrastructure including road, tunnel and bridge construction and design.
Ban is in charge of the day to day running of the company; however, he spends most of his time overseeing the structural department.
Denise is a certified structural engineering and deals with our major structural clients on a day-to-day basis.
Janaka is our pool engineer and spends all day every day making sure every pool we work on is up to code and will be exactly as our client wants it!
Anni is a highly experienced Senior Structural engineer working within our structural team supporting our clients and delivering a high quality Structural Engineering product.
Leah handles the quotes as well as other admin duties. Leah is unique in her role as she is qualified in Engineering and therefore provides more than just administration support. Leah comes from a background of Engineering knowledge gathered over 30 years working and observing Engineers and one of her primary roles is to support the General Manager of Innovezza.
Hannah is the bright and welcoming face of Innovezza and generally deals with all the various admin work as well as supporting the Managing Director with his daily tasks thus ensuring delivery..
